Front Office Volunteer
Our current need in the front office is for front desk receptionists. Volunteers would need to be very quick, detailed, and friendly, with a strong ability to multitask. It is a challenging, but rewarding job. Another volunteer opportunity is for medical records scanners/importers. This is for the extremely detail-oriented, and does not involve patient interaction. Both positions require strong computer skills. The front office volunteer is responsible to the Office Manager while working a shift. Minimum commitment: one year; serving two or more 3 to 4 hour shifts per week: 9:00 AM to 12 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Maintenance Volunteer
We have a need for someone who is able and willing to handle our building maintenance. Some of the tasks involved are replacing commercial furnace filters and belt, changing light bulbs (in high places), hanging shelves, etc., and miscellaneous repairs as they happen. The Maintenance Volunteer is responsible to the Office Manager. Minimum commitment is one year, with no set shifts. Time is flexible, as needed during normal clinic hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Groundskeeper Volunteer
The groundskeeper is responsible for mowing, weeding, and occasional clean-up of the outside areas of the clinic. However, if someone would like to take on any one or more of these tasks specifically, that would be great. If there is someone who is comfortable turning on and off the sprinkler system yearly, that would be a great bonus. The Groundskeeping Volunteer is responsible to the Office Manager. Minimum commitment is one year, with time involved flexible.
