Payment for Services
- Christ Clinic operates on a sliding fee scale. Fees/discounts are determined by household income and number in household. The average patient can expect to pay between $20 and $50 per visit
- Payment or insurance copay for services is expected at the time of the visit
- In order to continue to keep costs low, we accept payment in the form of cash, credit/debt card, or check
Referrals
It may be necessary for patients to be referred off-site for laboratory and/or imaging testing. In such cases, we generally refer patients to Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML) and to Inland Imaging. Payment plans vary by facility. Christ Clinic refers patients to Project Access in certain cases. Patients will need to apply for and be denied insurance coverage to qualify for Project Access.
